Jim Turnure

Jim Turnure is Environmental Policy Manager for the Xcel Energy service territories in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas. He is responsible for developing environmental business opportunities and for coordinating aspects of corporate environmental policy including climate change, air emissions regulation and renewable energy. Mr. Turnure has spent 15 years in the electric power industry including positions with the US EPA, FERC and Pacific Gas & Electric, and holds degrees from the University of Chicago and Harvard University.
